Appointment Policy

The issue of “no show” or missed appointments is a sensitive one. Lifestyles are hectic and appointments may be forgotten.

Short notice cancellations and no-shows have a negative and costly impact on the clinic. This also impacts on other patients that are in need of an appointment.

 

Therefore, we have implemented a charge of the full appointment fee to patients who fail to keep their appointments and fail to provide 24 hours advance notice.

If, for some reason, you cannot keep a scheduled appointment or will be delayed, please call as soon as possible. This will allow us time to fit another patient into your scheduled slot.
